Mrs Charlotte Virginia Albaugh 68, of 404 Main St, New Windsor, died Monday, July 11, at Frederick Memorial Hospital, after an extended illness. She was the wife of James Millard Albaugh Born April 9, 1920, m Carroll County, she was a daughter of Helena Otto Weller and the late Carroll William Weller.

Mrs Albaugh had been employed at the Brethren Service Center in New Windsor for 22 years, retiring in 1978 Surviving besides her husband and mother are one daughter, Virginia Lee Long, at home, two sons, James Albaugh of near Union Bridge, John Carroll Albaugh of Westminster, one sister, Madeline Bowers of Westminster, three brothers, Canoil Weller and Abram Weller, both of Westminster, Wilbur Weller of New Windsor, seven grandchildren , and five great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 7 9 p m Wednesday, July 13 at the New Windsor Funeral Home of D D Hartzler Funeral services will be held 10 a m Thursday, July 14, from the New Windsor Funeral Home of D D Hartzler The Rev James Flora, Frederick Church of the Brethren, will officiate Interment will be in Winters Cemetery near New Windsor.
